Weekend Feast with Mum at Ming Ren Xuan Restoran [Food Vlog ] 与妈妈的周末盛宴在明仁轩餐厅

When I was flipping through their menu, I realized that there were many interesting dishes on their menu.

There was a variety of combinations of our Cantonese delicacies such as Dim Sums, Ming Ren Xuan Signature Platters with I found interesting, Barbeques Dishes, Superior Soups, Dried Seafood, Abalones Dishes, Live Fish, and Lobsters, Fresh Prawns and Crabs, Wild River Fishes, Seafood, Iberico Pork and Lambs, Beancurd, Congee, Rice and Noodles Dishes too.

They also offer varieties of dessert selections and beverages as well.

To celebrate weekends with my mum, we ordered 5 dishes

– Deep-fried Squid Leg with Sze Chuan Sauce
– Bean Curd Cubes with Truffle Salad
– Deep Fried Crystal Prawn with Mustard Seeds
– Braised Noodles in Hokkien Style with Pork Meat
– and Baked Iberico French Rack in Cantonese BBQ Sauce

The Deep-fried Squid Leg with Sze Chuan Sauce was a crunchy on the outside and the sauce were having a balanced sweet and sour taste

Its Braised Noodles in Hokkien Style with Pork Meat taste good too. It included pork stomach in the noodles which I think is special and delicious

As for the Deep Fried Crystal Prawn with Mustard Seeds, the prawn was super fresh and not too hard or soft. It’s just nice.

The Bean Curd Cubes with Truffle Salad actually attract us the most, besides it blinks like gold, and it’s delicious when paired with its truffle sauce.

Its promotional Baked Iberico French Rack in Cantonese BBQ Sauce was the dish that we loved the most.

The meat was tender, juicy, and also sweet too! We ended the meal with 2 desserts that their staff recommended.

– Chilled Sweet Potato Cakes coated with Shredded Coconut and
– Double Boiled Sweetened Snow Bird’s Nest with Osmanthus (specially ordered for my mum)
