This establishment was founded by the grandfather in 1969 and is currently being managed by his third-generation granddaughter. They offer delectable meatballs made with beef, pork, fish, and chicken, which are served with various types of noodles.

Their perfectly cooked noodle soups are especially noteworthy, with the pork and fish dishes being particularly delicious. Many customers have complimented the nice service provided. Thanadsri Hatyai is highly regarded among Facebook users and has an overall rating of 5 stars, making it one of the best noodle shops in town.

The shop offers five types of noodles: rice vermicelli, thick and thin white rice noodles, egg noodles, and glass noodles. Customers can then select the type of soup they prefer, such as clear chicken or pork broth soup, hot and sour soup, garlic and oil soup, or condensed soup. Finally, they can choose from nine different types of toppings, including sliced beef, pork, or chicken, beef, pork, or fish balls, and stewed beef or pork.

We had ordered the beef soup noodle, which was a combination of white rice and egg noodles topped with thin slices of beef and meatballs and a clear pork broth soup with fish and pork meat balls and The dish was delicious, with a rich beef broth and its meatballs were tender and bouncy too.

The shop is open daily from 8am to about 6pm. It may not be easy for tourists to locate, but it is definitely worth the effort to find this gem.
